Frequently
Asked Question

In this section you will find quick and clear answers to the most common questions about our products. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need in a simple and accessible way.

How do XNetPole smart posts and Hit-X technology help improve the experience and profitability of a padel club?

XnetPole smart posts always keep the net at the official height automatically, reducing player complaints and maintenance costs. Additionally, they integrate on-court audiovisual services such as sound, music, announcements, and light control, modernizing the playing experience and enhancing the club's image.

Their technology allows automated ball launcher management (preventing balls on the floor), real-time score control and display visible to players and spectators, and the use of screens for advertising and club communication. This improves the overall on-court experience, optimizes staff resources, and generates a new revenue stream through advertising and professional tournament management.

What are the installation requirements for XNetPole posts on a padel court (time, type of floor, and who can install them)?

XNetPole posts can be installed on existing padel courts without major construction work. Only basic tools (drill, level, wrenches) and the intervention of an electrician to connect the power supply are required.

They work on concrete, artificial grass, or standard padel sports flooring, securing the bases with anchors to ensure stability.

The installation time for a pair of posts by a professional team is usually around 3–4 hours, including removing the current posts from the court, fixing the bases, and adjusting the net’s automatic height. If additional systems such as on-court screens, lighting control, weather station, or ball launchers are connected, the full job may extend to about 5–6 hours (not including configuration of options like videos, etc., which is the club’s responsibility). The club itself may carry out the installation if it has experience in sports setups and qualified personnel, but a certified installer is recommended to ensure safety and optimal operation of all integrated technology.

Are all the posts on the XNetPole court the same?

No, there is a main post and a secondary post. The main post is where the installer connects for installation and the club manager for configuration. The secondary post replicates everything the main post does.

How do the posts on the XNetPole court work?

To connect the posts to the App, rename them to the club court they belong to, and configure the posts with all their options, you can download the user manual from our website: https://www.hit-x.com/en/

Is a special permit required to install XNetPole smart posts?

Check your club's or City Council's local regulations regarding modifications to courts. Generally, no extra permits are needed since it does not alter the structure, it only adds non-invasive technology.

How is XNetPole connected to electricity and the App?

The posts use a standard 220V electrical connection. Through the Hit-x pista App, via Bluetooth and the main post's own WiFi. Once connected to the main post, you can access a menu to configure the functions of the network's posts.

How are the XNetPole court posts configured?

Only club managers can access the main court post with the Hit-x App. With this App, they can manage and set parameters such as duration for the different screens (net height, match scoreboard, advertising videos, weather conditions, club announcements, lighting and sound control, …)

How do XBand and XNetPole facilitate tournament organization in clubs?

Through the 2 Apps, Hit-x and Hit-x court, the wristbands, and the smart posts, the club can set up tournaments, display real-time scores, assign referees, and save results on a server, eliminating paper costs and improving the experience for players, referees, and the public.

What maintenance does the XNetPole installation require after assembly?

Check the electrical connections since the poles do not have power supply. Clean laser sensors or screens with a soft cloth if they are dirty from rain. The system auto-adjusts the net height through a self-check programming, eliminating the need for daily manual maintenance.
